运用4种光合作用光响应模型拟合5种榆属植物的光响应数据,对比分析各光响应模型的基本特征参数,探究各模型间及不同榆树间的差异。结果表明,同种榆树的光响应曲线拟合结果在不同模型中存在差异。不同模型对同一种榆树的光响应曲线的拟合结果存在差异;不同榆树的光响应曲线在同一模型中的拟合效果也不同。4种模型中,直角双曲线光响应修正模型(模型Ⅲ)的拟合程度最好,可以反映光抑制现象,但光补偿点、最大净光合速率等特征参数与测量值差异较大。综合分析可知,指数模型(模型Ⅳ)为最优模型。通过对比光合能力可看出最大为黑榆,最小为大果榆。通径分析说明,对不同榆树净光合速率有影响的作用方式及主导因子存在较大差异。
Four photosynthesis photostimulation models were used to fit the light response data of five Ulmus plants. The basic characteristics of each model were compared and the differences among different models and between different elm trees were explored. The results showed that the light response curve fitting results of the same species of elm in different models are different. The fitting results of light response curves of different elm trees with different models were different. The fitting effects of light response curve of different elm trees in the same model were also different. Among the four models, the fitted model of the hyperbolic light response model (model Ⅲ) has the best fitting degree and can reflect the light suppression phenomenon, but the characteristic parameters such as the light compensation point and the maximum net photosynthesis rate differ greatly from the measured values. Comprehensive analysis shows that the index model (Model Ⅳ) is the optimal model. By comparing the photosynthetic capacity can be seen as the largest black elm, the smallest fruit elm. Path analysis showed that there are great differences in the mode of action and dominant factors that affect the net photosynthetic rate of different elm trees.
