Nowadays， the CPC Central Com- mission for Discipline Inspection and supervision has made the former party members， vice governor Li Chengyun， vice governor of Sichuan Province， LiChengyun on file for investigation since his involvement in the serious disciplinary problems. According to the relevant provisions of the “Chinese Communist Party disciplinary regulations”， Li Chengyun was expelled from the party， dismissed from his position as punishment. Later on all his problematic income will be collected by the local government and all the involved crimes and clues will be transferred to judicial organs according to law.
　　Li Chengyun is born in Guangan county， Si Chuang proince. From a court jury， Li has served as the province machinery industry office assistant engineer and the director office clerks. In February 1996， 41 year old Li Chengyun was promoted to be the director of Machinery Industry Department in Sichuan province.
　　In May 2000， four years later after Li first became the mechanical industry department director， he was shortly transferred to Sichuan Province Economic and Trade Commission， and served as deputy director， deputy secretary of the party there； From January 2001， Li was transferred to the post of Deyang Municipal Party committee secretary；in June 2006， Li Chengyun returned to the provincial government， to be the director of SASAC；and In January 2008， Li Chengyun witnessed a step up to be the vice governor of Sichuan Province， and finally become the deputy provincial and ministerial level officials.
