本工作在培养的家兔主动脉平骨肌细胞、离体灌注的大鼠主动脉条和离体灌流的大鼠心脏模型上,发现心钠素(ANP)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)显著抑制AGTⅡ的释放;在模拟的大鼠心脏缺血-再灌注模型上,发现ANP和CGRP有效地抑制缺血心肌再灌注时AGTⅡ释放的增加。结果提示心血管组织所分泌的ANP、CGRP和内皮素等活性物质对AGTⅡ的释放具有调节作用,它们彼此间相互作用、共同参与心血管系统稳态调节。
In this study, we found that ANP and CGRP were found in cultured aortic muscle cells of aorta, isolated rat aortic strips and isolated perfused rat heart models, ) Significantly inhibited the release of AGTⅡ. On the model of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in rats, we found that ANP and CGRP effectively inhibited the increase of AGT Ⅱ release during ischemia reperfusion. The results suggest that the active substances such as ANP, CGRP and endothelin secreted by cardiovascular tissue have a regulatory effect on the release of AGT II, and they interact with each other to participate in the steady-state regulation of the cardiovascular system.
