论文从教材和大纲、测评体系、教师这三个角度,对大学英语教学中的浪费现象进行了问卷调查,分析了浪费的表现、成因,最后根据托马斯的多元智能理论提出了相应的对策并总结出如下结论:浪费的现象分别以不同形式、不同程度地存在于大学英语教学中,其中最为严重的表现是,部分学生自我放弃英语学习以及部分教师对差生缺乏关心、鼓励和帮助。
The thesis surveys the waste phenomenon in college English teaching from three perspectives of teaching materials and syllabus, evaluation system and teachers, analyzes the performance and causes of waste, and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to Thomas’ s multi-intelligence theory. The following conclusions: The phenomenon of waste in different forms, to varying degrees, exist in college English teaching, the most serious manifestation of which is that some students give up their own English learning and some teachers lack of concern, encouragement and help to poor students.
