爱与性爱是密不可分的,和谐的性生活需要双方的共同努力,不要因为不和谐就埋怨对方,双方彼此的关照体贴,关心对方的感受,可以加强感情的融洽,是增进亲密感的好方法。夫妻双方怎样才能获得和谐的性爱,这就需要靠双方的实践和摸索,找到最适合彼此的方式。有一项对27个国家约12500人次的性健康调查,其中包括6291名男性和6272名女性,结果显示:超过50%的男性和女性均对其性生活质量不满意。我们在惊讶这一数据的同时不禁思考:我们是在哪个环节出错了?
