本文依据冶钢连铸机具有条件和GCr15钢的热物理参数,建立了连铸坯凝固数学模型,经过坯壳温度和坯壳厚度的双重验证,证明模型实用。用该模型研究了主要工艺参数对连铸生产及铸坯质量的影响,优化了GCr15钢连铸的最佳工艺参数。
According to the conditions of the CCS and the thermal physical parameters of the GCr15 steel, the mathematical model of the solidification of the continuous casting slab is established. The dual verification of the temperature and the thickness of the blank shell proves that the model is practical. The model was used to study the influence of the main process parameters on the continuous casting production and slab quality, and the optimum process parameters of GCr15 steel continuous casting were optimized.
