长期以来,我国事业单位的财务管理工作始终存在着一些问题,如内部财务管理制度不健全、执行财务制度不规范、预算管理薄弱、国有资产管理不善等,制约着事业单位正常工作的开展。随着经济社会的快速发展,财政体制改革的不断深化,做好新形势下事业单位的财务管理工作,确保财务收支平衡、提高财政资金的使用效益,保障财政资金安全,具有十分重要的现实意义。
For a long time, there are always some problems in the financial management of public institutions, such as the internal financial management system is not perfect, the implementation of the financial system is not standardized, the budget management is weak, the management of state assets is not good, restricting the normal operation of institutions.
