There are many experiences in the rapid development of India’s software industry, but high-quality human resources are an important reason for India’s success. India’s training of software talents depends on the country, the enterprise, and the private sector, and it depends on the combination of production, education and research. Specifically, there are roughly three ways to train Indian software talent: First, rely on universities and colleges. India now has more than 400 colleges and universities set up a computer department. The second is to rely on private or private institutions. At present, there are about 700 such institutions, of which APTECH is the largest training institution and obtains certificates each year.
