目的:介绍调强放射治疗的体位固定与摆位技术。方法:采用热塑面罩和体膜等固定装置分别对10例头颈部和10例胸腹部肿瘤患者进行体位固定,治疗过程中每周拍一次电子射野影像片(EPID),将射野片和计划系统中的数字重建射野(DRR)图像片与首次验证片进行比较分析。结果:照射野中心移位误差均在3 mm以内,允许误差<3 mm。结论:应用体位固定技术的摆位重复性好,能满足调强放射治疗的要求。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the technique of position fixation and positioning in intensity modulated radiation therapy. Methods: 10 cases of head and neck and 10 cases of thoracic and abdominal tumor patients were fixed by using the mask such as thermoplastic mask and body film. The electronic radiography film (EPID) was taken once a week during the treatment. And the digital reconstructed radio field (DRR) images in the planning system were compared with the first verification tablets. Results: The displacement error of irradiation center was within 3 mm, the allowable error was <3 mm. Conclusion: The application of position fixation technique has good repeatability and can meet the requirement of intensity modulated radiation therapy.
