对棉花抗、感枯萎病品种在春播和夏播的2~3叶期、6~7叶期和现蕾期进行了根际真菌区系分析,结果表明:每一品种都有自己独特的根际真菌区系,抗病品种根际真菌种数多于感病品种,其根际主要优势种是:青霉(Penicillum pps.)曲霉(Asqergillus spp.)等,而感病品种则主要是黑根霉(Rhizoqns nigricans)、双胞镰刀菌(Fusarium dimerum)和粘帚霉(Clocladium spp.)等。抗、感品种这种差异在现蕾期比2~3叶期和6~7叶期、在夏播比春播有所减小。播期和生育期对根际真菌区系组成也有较大影响。
