中海油负责中国海上油气勘探、开发与生产业务,是危险性较高的海上作业。信息化建设则为生产提供了必要的保障。现如今,海上平台通过卫星、微波、海底光缆逐渐构建出大型宽带网络,为用户提供互联网访问、语音电话等多种数据通信业务。但是服务于海上平台的船只,由于空间较小,船只改造困难,安装卫星通信设备困难,且卫星通信价格昂贵。至今为止,都没有直接接入地面网络,而船只与平台只能依靠高频电话进行通讯,效率较低。为了保障油田顺利生产,建设信息化传播系统是非常重要的措施,通过无线自组网,实现内部信息共享,加强部门协作能力,建立高效链条结构,使企业管理成本得到有效控制。
CNOOC is responsible for offshore oil and gas exploration, development and production in China. It is a dangerous marine operation. Information construction provides the necessary guarantee for production. Nowadays, the offshore platform gradually builds a large-scale broadband network through satellite, microwave and submarine optical cable to provide users with various data communication services such as Internet access and voice calls. However, ships serving offshore platforms, due to their small space, difficulties in retrofitting vessels, difficulties in installing satellite communications equipment, and satellite communications are expensive. So far, there is no direct access to the terrestrial network, and ships and platforms can only rely on high-frequency telephone communication, less efficient. In order to ensure the smooth production of oilfields, the construction of information communication system is a very important measure. Through wireless ad hoc networks, internal information sharing can be realized, and the ability of departments to collaborate can be strengthened and an efficient chain structure can be established so that the cost of enterprise management can be effectively controlled.
