本研究用药物组织化学方法,对6只老年大鼠和5只成年大鼠黑质神经元的乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性进行了对比研究,并用图像分析仪对黑质 AChE 阳性神经元数目、胞体 AChE 活性及细胞面积进行了定量和比较。本文的结果表明,老年大鼠黑质 AChE 阳性细胞数量非常显著减少,细胞重新合成 AChE 的速率和量都显著减低、灰度值增高,AChE 细胞胞体的面积也随年龄缩小。本文在动物或人脑细胞衰老变化的研究中,增添了新的资料。老年时黑质神经细胞明显变性,必定使纹状体多巴胺(DA)能和胆碱(ACh)能系统之间平衡失常,致使老年的运动功能协调出现障碍。
In this study, the histochemical method using drugs, 6 old rats and 5 adult rat substantia nigra neuronal acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity were compared and analyzed by image analyzer on the number of substantia nigra AChE positive neurons, Cell AChE activity and cell area were quantified and compared. The results of this study show that the number of substantia nigra AChE-positive cells in the aged rats is significantly reduced, the rate and amount of AChE cells re-synthesized are significantly reduced, the gray value is increased, and the area of AChE cells is also reduced with age. This article adds new information to the study of aging changes in animal or human brain cells. Degeneration of the substantia nigra neurons in the elderly is bound to cause an imbalance between the striatal dopamine (DA) and the cholinergic (ACh) system, resulting in disturbances in motor function in the elderly.
