人们居住条件的日益改善,卫生间渗漏与否成了当前最为关注的问题之一。卫生间的渗漏给用户带来了极大的不便,特别是多层的居住建筑,上层的漏水就象下雨一样使底层的人要用脸盆来接,有的在使用卫生间时甚至要同时用雨伞来解决问题,并造成邻里之间的争吵和不睦。楼面与墙面局部也会造成污染和浸蚀,严重的导致居室的装饰破坏。笔者对这种现象曾做过典型调
