目的探讨彝药塔若散水提液对早期动脉粥样硬化金黄地鼠的影响。方法金黄地鼠在高脂饲料喂饲的基础上,ip维生素D3诱导早期动脉粥样硬化模型。造模9周后,将早期动脉粥样硬化大鼠分为模型组、辛伐他汀(4.2 mg/kg)阳性对照组、塔若散水提液高和低剂量(生药16.8、2.1 g/kg)组,每天ig给药1次,连续给药11周,另设对照组。给药结束后检测金黄地鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平以及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)的量;HE染色法观察颈总动脉组织形态学的变化;计算肝脏指数。结果与模型组比较,各给药组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平以及IL-1β、TNF-α、MMP-9的量均不同程度地降低,TIMP-1的量升高,颈总动脉和肝脏的病理变化均得到不同程度的改善。结论塔若散对早期动脉粥样硬化具有一定的治疗作用,其机制可能与调节血脂水平和血清中炎症因子以及协调MMP-9/TIMP-1的失衡有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of Yioluo Taraolian extract on early atherosclerosis golden hamster. Methods Golden hamster fed high fat diet on the basis of ip induced vitamin D3 early atherosclerosis model. Nine weeks after modeling, early atherosclerosis rats were divided into model group, simvastatin (4.2 mg / kg) positive control group, high and low doses of TARP (crude drug 16.8, 2.1 g / kg) Group, once daily ig administration, continuous administration of 11 weeks, another set of control group. Conclusions TARS has a therapeutic effect on early atherosclerosis. The mechanism may be related to the regulation of blood lipid levels and serum inflammatory cytokines and the imbalance of MMP-9 / TIMP-1.
