印度铁路以轻型全钢整体客车做为今后宽轨客车的标准车型。这些整体全焊客车的整个车体结构都承受应力,墙板不便于检修,如果在这些部位由于水汽凝结而发生腐蚀,则在墙板由内部锈穿之前是不能发现的。由此可见,最重要的是,用于客车墙板内侧的防护处理应能耐久。印度马德拉斯的整体客车厂,已根据瑞士车辆升降机制造公司的推荐,用专利的沥青溶液型混合物进行客车墙板内侧的防腐处理。
The Indian Railways uses light all-steel integral buses as standard models for wide-gauge buses in the future. The overall body structure of these all-welded buses is subject to stress and the wall panels are not easily accessible for repair. If corrosion occurs at these locations due to condensation of water vapor, they can not be found until the wall panels are punctured by internal rust. Thus, the most important thing is that the protective treatment for the inside of the passenger car wallboard should be durable. The overall bus depot in Madras, India, has been treated with the patented asphalt solution mixture for corrosion protection on the inner side of passenger car wallboard, as recommended by Swiss Truck Lift Manufacturing Company.
