目的探讨热牙胶垂直加压充填技术在下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管的治疗效果。方法本文案例选自于鹤岗市兴山人民医院口腔科2016年8-12月收治的68例下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管根尖周炎的患者,根据患者的根管充填方式分为观察组和对照组,每组各34例。观察组采取热牙胶垂直加压技术,对照组则采取传统冷牙胶侧方加压充填技术,比较两组患者在充填时间、根管充填严密情况、瘘道愈合时间及术后3、6个月根周阴影的变化。结果观察组在充填时间、瘘道愈合时间、适充率及3、6个月根尖周透射区缩小程度方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热牙胶垂直加压充填技术对解剖复杂的C形根管,以及更为严密地充填根管的各解剖区域,达到严密封闭根尖孔的效果,提高了C形根管的成功治疗率。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of hot denture vertical compression filling technique on C-shaped root canal of mandibular second molars. Methods The case was selected from 68 patients with mandibular second molars C-shaped root canal periapical periodontitis admitted to Department of Stomatology, Xingshan People’s Hospital, Hegang from August 2016 to December 2016. The patients were divided into Observation group and control group, 34 cases in each group. In the observation group, the technique of vertical compression with hot teethers was adopted, while the control group was treated with the traditional cold teethe lateral compression technique. The filling time, the filling of the root canal, the healing time of the fistula and the postoperative 3,6 Month root changes in the shadow of the week. Results The observation group was better than the control group in filling time, healing time of fistula, filling rate and 3, 6 months periapical translucent area reduction, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The technique of hot gutta percha vertical compression filling can effectively close the apical foramina and improve the success rate of C-shaped root canal in the treatment of complicated C-shaped root canal and the more rigorous filling of the anatomic area of the root canal .
