为了测验合成生长素:2,4-D、2,4,5-T、NAA、BNOA、2,4,5-TP、IZAA和IAA对温州蜜柑果实生长和脱落的直接作用而开展试验。所测试的各种化合物都减少了果实的初期生长;在所试用的浓度中,2,4,-D和2,4,5-T的这种作用比其他化合物较小。2,4,5-T和萘乙酸二者都增加了6月落果后的果实生长。其他生长素对晚期果实生长的作用无统计上的显著性。生长素对果实最后大小的影响是两种作用(幼果生长的初期减弱和果实晚期生长的促进作用)的平衡。在本试验条件下,只有2,4,5-T增加了成熟期的果实大小;这种化合物能够不受疏果的影响而增进果实的生长。
In order to test the direct effect of synthetic auxin: 2,4-D, 2,4,5-T, NAA, BNOA, 2,4,5-TP, IZAA and IAA on the growth and shedding of Satsuma fescue fruit. The compounds tested reduced the initial fruit growth; 2,4, -D and 2,4,5-T showed less effect than the other compounds at the concentrations tested. Both 2,4,5-T and naphthalene acetic acid increased fruit growth after falling in June. The effect of other auxins on late fruit growth was not statistically significant. The effect of auxin on the final size of the fruit is the balance of two effects (the diminished initial growth of young fruit and the promotion of late fruit growth). Under the conditions of this experiment, only 2,4,5-T increased the fruit size at maturity; this compound was able to enhance fruit growth independent of fruit thinning.
