核电设备监造工作是核电质量管理的重要组成部分。在总结大亚湾核电站、岭澳核电站一期、岭澳核电站二期等项目的设备监造经验,分析当前核电发展形式的基础上,本文对设备监造的管理和执行进行了优化。优化的效果表现在以下方面:组织队伍更适应项目的需要,监造基本理念进一步清晰执行方式更流畅,监造管理趋于精细化。
Nuclear power equipment supervision is an important part of nuclear power quality management. On the basis of summarizing the experience in equipment supervision of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station, Phase I of Ling Ao Nuclear Power Station and Phase II of Ling Ao Nuclear Power Station, the paper analyzes the current development of nuclear power and optimizes the management and implementation of equipment supervision. Optimized results in the following areas: the organization of the team to better meet the needs of the project, supervision of the basic concepts to further clarify the implementation of more smooth, supervisory management tends to be refined.
