在运动中出现的不良情绪,影响着运动的效果和效率的主要有认知、生化和运动自身等方面的因素。在运动中出现不良情绪的时候,不管是主观还是客观因素的影响,教师都应该充分地发挥主观能动性,从认知进行引导性的调节,树立起正确的情感、态度、价值观;通过对呼吸运动和肌肉运动的有效协调,或者恰当地改变运动的类型和持续程度来克服在运动中出现的不良情绪,提高锻炼的效果和效率。采用文献资料法、访谈法对在运动中如何克服不良情绪进行探讨。
