骨缺损修复支架材料一直是生物材料领域的研究热点之一。β-磷酸钙作为骨修复材料已经广泛应用于临床,但由于其缺乏生物活性离子、机械性能不理想,使其在临床上的应用受到限制。而硅酸钙含有生物活性离子———硅离子,它具有良好的诱导成骨作用,因此将硅灰石加入β-磷酸钙制备成复合支架材料近来成为热点。该文将从基本构成组分、相对配比问题及潜在成骨机制等方面对这一热点生物支架材料予以阐述。“,”Scaffold materials used to repair bone defect has been one of the research hot spots in the field of biological materials. As a typical bone repair material,β-calcium phosphate has been widely used in clinical,which is limited because of the lack of bioactive ions and dissatisfying mechanical properties. While calcium silicate contains bioactive ion-silicon ions, which endow it with osteoinductive capacity,β-calcium phosphate doped with wollastonite to construct a composite scaffold material has recently become a hot topic. Here is to make a review of this popular biomaterial′s basic components,relative ratio and underlying mecha-nism of bone formation.
