ZL80型轮式装载机动力传动系统是一个典型的多体、多工况、多激励系统,其各子系统是一个复杂的多刚体-柔性系统。在ADAMS软件平台上,基于模块化建模思想,以ZL80型轮式装载机动力传动系统为研究对象,建立动力传动系统的虚拟样机模型,对铲装作业过程进行动态仿真研究与评价。结果表明:在整个铲装过程中,采用“KD”换挡方式相对于手动换挡方式,可以使装载机运行时间节省约25%,装载机的铲装效率得到提高。通过两种方式下装载机牵引效率的对比分析可知:在铲装过程中采用“KD”换挡方式,在相同的工作距离下可以显著提高装载机牵引效率,节省时间,尤其是在工作距离比较大时,其优势更加明显。
ZL80 wheel loader power transmission system is a typical multi-body, multi-condition, multi-incentive system, its subsystems is a complex multi-rigid-flexible system. On the ADAMS software platform, based on the idea of modular modeling, a virtual prototyping model of the power transmission system is established with the ZL80 wheel loader power transmission system as a research object, and the dynamic simulation research and evaluation on the operation process of the power distribution system are carried out. The results show that the shift of “KD” relative to the manual shift mode can save loader running time by about 25% and improve the shovel loading efficiency of loader during the shoveling process. Through the comparison and analysis of the towing efficiency of the loader in the two ways, it can be seen that using the “KD” shift mode during the shoveling process can significantly improve the traction efficiency and save time of the loader under the same working distance, especially at work When the distance is relatively large, the advantage is more obvious.
