肺脓肿是常见而严重的疾病,青霉素化学疗法虽可使脓肿周围的组织炎症消退;但对业已形成的脓肿本身作用不大,不能促使体内坏死的肺组织吸收,或者使脓肿壁软化,腔洞闭合。我院附属医院理疗科自建科以来,对11名肺脓肿病者采用超短波电疗配合内科青霉素药物疗法综合施治,发现疗效显著,除二例因病情进步坚持自动出院来完成理疗疗程外,其余完成理疗疗程的9例均获痊愈,追踪观察
