选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)脱硝反应器的关键部件对系统压力损失特性的影响非常明显。针对某电厂1×300 MW锅炉机组的SCR脱硝反应器,采用数值模拟和实验研究的方法研究了各关键部件对系统压力损失特性影响。通过研究确定了SCR反应器的最优设计方案,即关键部件1设计为3块直-弧型导流板;关键部件2喷氨装置的防磨板设计为齿形;关键部件3分别设计为2块直-弧-直型导流板和5块弧-直型导流板;关键部件4设计为整流层(整流层共有45个整流单元,每单元有40个整流格栅)。而压力损失特性的研究结果显示,关键部件2对SCR脱硝反应器内的影响最重要,关键部件1影响次之,整流层的影响最小。
The key components of a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitration reactor have a significant effect on the pressure loss characteristics of the system. For the SCR denitration reactor of a 1 × 300 MW boiler unit in a power plant, the influence of each key component on the system pressure loss characteristics is studied by numerical simulation and experimental study. Through the research, the optimal design scheme of SCR reactor was established, that is, the key component 1 was designed as three straight-arc deflectors; the wear plate of the ammonia injection device of key component 2 was designed as the tooth profile; the key components 3 were designed as Two straight-arc-straight baffles and five arc-straight baffles. The key components 4 are designed as a rectifying layer (a total of 45 rectifying units in the rectifying layer and 40 rectifying grids per unit). The pressure loss characteristics of the research results show that the key components of the SCR denitration reactor within the most important impact of the key components 1 followed by the impact of the rectification layer minimum.
