一、改变质地,提高安全系数案例:1节水平二(四年级)的实心球课中,一位教师利用废旧报纸包裹住2个沙包,再用透明胶带缠紧,制作成简易“实心球”用来进行双手前抛实心球的教学,有效地降低了硬质实心球可能带来的危险,学生参与热情也得到了提高。剖析:一些教材,由于器材质硬物重,如铅球、标枪和实心球等,对于低年级学生或者初学者来说,在教学过程中容易发生伤害事故。为此,体育教师可以学习本案例中的做法,根据危险器材的特点和动作技术要领,巧妙地自制较为“安全”的器材,既能降低危险系数,又能提高教学效果。笔者认为,在自制器材或选用替代器材
