为回收粗硒真空熔炼提纯过程中硒渣溶解液中的硒,采用SO2还原法进行了研究。结果为:在温度小丁60℃反应时间30min,硫酸浓度200g/L的条件下,硒还原率大于95%,产品硒品位大于99.5%.
In order to recover the selenium in the dissolving solution of selenium residue in the process of vacuum smelting and purification of crude selenium, the SO2 reduction method was studied. The results are as follows: the selenium reduction rate is more than 95% when the reaction temperature is 60 ℃, the reaction time is 30min and the concentration of sulfuric acid is 200g / L. The selenium product is more than 99.5%.
