浙江省自一九七九年把原来只能单一提水的高产牌100型、120型大型水轮泵改造成“三用”水轮泵发电机组(后来对高产牌80型水轮泵也进行了改造),在全国首创试验成功了第一座大型河床式“三用”水轮泵站(所谓“三用”,即:在不另外增加设备的条件下,当河道流量充足时,既可作水轮泵提水,又可作水电站发电用;当枯水期河道流量不足时,可用电网电源,把发电机作电动机用来带动水轮泵上的水泵,作电灌站提水用)以后,因经分析比较建“三用”水轮泵站的经济效益可与小水电比美,优于小水电站的建设(有关该试点站的情况已在1979年第7期《水利水电技术》刊物上作过介绍,在本文不再重复了),引起了我省各地、县
Since 1979, Zhejiang Province has transformed the high-yield 100-type and 120-type large-scale water wheel pumps that can only lift a single water supply into a “three-use” water-turbine-powered pump-generator set. In the first trial in the country, the first large-scale river bed type “three-use” water wheel pumping station was successfully tested (the so-called “three-use”), that is, when there is no additional equipment, when the river flow is sufficient, As a water pump for pumping water, it can also be used for power generation of hydropower stations; when the flow of water in the dry season is insufficient, the generator can be used as a motor to drive the pump on the water pump to provide water for the electric pumping station. After analysis and comparison, the economic benefits of building “three-use” water wheel pumping stations can be compared with that of small hydropower and better than the construction of small hydropower stations (the situation concerning this pilot station has been published in the 7th issue of “Water Conservancy and Hydropower Technology” in 1979).
