当前高等职业教育中对学生的评价主要通过综合测评手段实施,这种评价手段存在注重学习结果评价轻学习过程评价、注重学生共性评价轻个体差异性评价等问题。针对这些问题,我们提出高职教育学生发展性评价,这种评价方式提倡综合运用多种评价方法和手段、改革评价内容、通过多元化的评价主体对高职学生的学习过程实施评价。通过评价,使学生认识自我,了解自身优势,明确职业发展方向;使老师掌握学生的学习情况和特点,为学生定制个性化发展方案。有利于学生的全面健康发展,可以促进学生职业能力培养,充分发挥教育评价促进学生发展的功能。
At present, the evaluation of students in higher vocational education is mainly implemented by means of comprehensive evaluation. There are such problems as paying attention to the evaluation of learning results, evaluating the light learning process and focusing on the students’ common evaluation of light individual differences. In response to these problems, we put forward the developmental evaluation of students in higher vocational education. This evaluation method advocates the comprehensive use of a variety of evaluation methods and means to reform the evaluation content, and to evaluate the learning process of higher vocational students through a variety of evaluation subjects. Through the evaluation, students should know themselves, understand their own advantages and clarify the direction of career development. Teachers should master the learning situation and characteristics of students and customize the personalized development plan for students. Is conducive to the overall and healthy development of students, can promote the cultivation of students’ professional ability, give full play to the educational evaluation to promote the development of students.
