随着我国国民经济的快速发展,城镇化加快,房地产行业越加繁荣,我国的建筑装饰行业也随之快速发展,但现下由于各种原因的影响,造成部分装饰装修工程成为监督管理的盲区,留下不少的质量安全隐患,不仅对人们的生产生活造成影响,甚至威胁到了人民的生命财产安全,因而加强装饰装修常态化的监督管理刻不容缓。本文从建筑装饰装修设计,施工监督管理的现状,对建筑装饰装修监督管理常态化的必要性进行了探究,并提出合理的监督建议。
