从黑龙江省1986年德都地区地震的震害调查可知,北方寒冷地区冬期的季节冻结层改变了原地基土的动力特性及其卓越周期,也改变了房屋地震破坏的特征。冬期地表冻结后地震与夏期非冻结期相比,较刚性的砖混结构楼房震害严重得多,这应引起大家的重视。
From the investigation of the earthquake damage in the Dedu area in Heilongjiang Province in 1986, it can be known that the seasonal freezing layer in the cold winter in northern China changed the dynamic characteristics of the original foundation soil and its excellent cycle, and also changed the characteristics of the earthquake damage in the house. Compared with the non-freezing period in the summer period after the freezing of the ground surface in the winter, the earthquake damage of the brick-concrete structure with a more rigid structure is much more serious, which should attract everyone’s attention.
