对青少年学生进行劳动教育的意义是不言而喻的。目前有很多学校的劳动教育存在着一些不正确的做法,应该引起重视。 首先是认识问题。一些教师,或领导者,把劳动教育看成是软任务中的“软任务”。甚至在一些农村学校,也有不少人认为,农村学生经常参加劳动,学校再进行劳动教育已没必要。这些学校迫于大纲要求,劳动课虽然排上了课表,但并不把劳动当回事,只在学校有活可干时才安排学生干,没活可干时就让学生上自习。
The significance of labor education for young students is self-evident. At present, there are some incorrect practices in labor education in many schools and they should be taken seriously. The first is understanding issues. Some teachers, or leaders, see labor education as a “soft task” in soft tasks. Even in some rural schools, there are many people who believe that rural students often participate in labor. It is no longer necessary for schools to carry out labor education. These schools are forced by the outline to require that even though the labor class has a class schedule, it does not take labor seriously. It only arranges students to work when the school has a good job. When students are unable to do their jobs, students are allowed to study on their own.
