目的观察放射性核素90锶治疗血管瘤的疗效.方法对324例血管瘤患儿,选用国产90Sr敷贴器,行局部血管瘤照射,总时间不超过3个疗程。结果一疗程有效例数281例,占86.7%;二疗程有效299例,占92.3%;三疗程有效312例,占96.3%。9年跟踪随访治疗有效患者共6例,未见复发,亦无明显副作用。1例患者局部皮肤颜色轻微改变。结论90Sr敷贴治疗血管瘤具有操作简单、副作用轻微、无后遗症,易于为人们所接受,与其它方法相比具有独特的优点,因此值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of 90 strontium radionuclide on hemangiomas.Methods 324 cases of hemangiomas were treated with domestic 90Sr applicator with local hemangioma irradiation for a total time of no more than 3 courses. The results of a course of treatment of the effective number of 281 cases, accounting for 86.7%; two courses of effective 299 cases, accounting for 92.3%; three courses of effective 312 cases, accounting for 96.3%. Nine years follow-up treatment of patients with effective in 6 cases, no recurrence, no obvious side effects. One patient had slight changes in the color of the skin. Conclusion 90Sr application of hemangioma with simple operation, minor side effects, no sequelae, easy to be accepted by people, compared with other methods has unique advantages, it is worth promoting.
