苯二元氯化反应的产物——1,2—二氯苯与1,4—二氯苯——为有机合成的重要中间体。作者在综合与分析国内外有关文献资料的基础上,通过实验得出对于苯二元氯化反应的一系列理想的反应条件。实验结果显示:(1)HG—305混合催化剂对于苯的二元氯化具有优良的定向能力;(2)影响该反应的主要因素为氯气与苯的摩尔比,反应液的增重,反应温度,氯气流速,催化剂的成分比例、用量及含水量,搅拌效率等。
The products of benzene di-chlorination - 1,2-dichlorobenzene and 1,4-dichlorobenzene - are important intermediates for organic synthesis. On the basis of synthesizing and analyzing relevant domestic and foreign literatures, the author obtained a series of ideal reaction conditions for the benzene di-chlorination reaction through experiments. The experimental results show that: (1) HG-305 mixed catalyst has excellent orientation ability for the binary chlorination of benzene; (2) The main factors affecting the reaction are the molar ratio of chlorine to benzene, the weight gain of the reaction solution, the reaction temperature , Chlorine flow rate, catalyst composition ratio, dosage and moisture content, stirring efficiency and so on.
