过去30年来,中国实现了经济增长的神话,完成了从低收入向中等收入国家的蜕变。而在2012年第三季度,经济增速由过去的两位数高速增长转向7%-8%的中高速增长,这表明我国经济已经进入新的发展阶段。贵州省位于我国西部地区,是欠发达欠开发地区的省份之一,近几年来贵州GDP增长速度一直保持全国前三,具有很强的后发增长趋势。在新的发展阶段,贵州需要积极面对挑战,实现经济的成功转型。
Over the past 30 years, China has achieved the myth of economic growth and completed the transformation from low-income to middle-income countries. In the third quarter of 2012, the rapid economic growth shifted from double-digit high-speed growth in the past to medium-high-speed growth of 7-8%, indicating that our economy has entered a new stage of development. Guizhou Province is located in the western part of China. It is one of the provinces where underdeveloped areas are underdeveloped. In recent years, Guizhou has maintained its GDP growth rate in the top three in the country and has a strong tendency of post-growth. In the new stage of development, Guizhou needs to actively face the challenges and achieve a successful economic restructuring.
