本发明属于机器制造类,即发动机制造,具体为水冷内燃机气缸盖。 众所周知的液冷内燃机气缸盖包括冷却水腔和由喷咀套外表面与缸盖体垂直壁形成的环形通道,鼻梁区的径向圆柱形通道和进水通道。 然而这种结构不遵循冷却通道长度与截面的比例关系,因此液体高速流动不能实现,不能保证燃烧室顶板中部温度有根本的降低。所以这种缸盖在燃烧室顶板与边缘之间存在着很大的径向温差,由此引起高的温度应力和大的变形,降低了缸盖的工作可靠性。
