钢结构连接中,角钢杆件的焊接搭接等强连接也较普遍。其侧焊贴角焊缝的长度——即角钢杆件的搭接长度(图1),设计时将通过计算确定。但有些因施工图中交待不够,制造单位往往按各自的经验放样下料。据了解,搭接长度一般均偏大,因而加大了用料,个别也有偏小的,不利安全。为使连接合理,方便制造,《冶金建筑》1980年12期曾刊登了《角钢拚接长度的简化计算》一文。现本文补充提出角钢杆件等强连接搭接长度的简化计算公式,供现场合理放样下料及设计人员的参考。根据《钢结构设计规范》(TJ17-74)(试行)第40条、第65条对等边角钢和长肢相连的不等边角钢杆件,并假设肢背焊缝承受0.7N的计算条件,可得:
In the steel structure connection, the welding laps of angle bars are also more common. The length of the side fillet weld, which is the length of the lap of the angle bar (Figure 1), is determined by calculation. However, due to inadequate confessions in the construction drawings, the manufacturing units often loft their materials according to their own experience. It is understood that the lapping length is generally too large, thus increasing the use of materials, individual small, unfavorable safety. In order to make the connection reasonable and convenient to manufacture, “Molecular Metallurgy” published the article “Simplified Calculation of Splicing Length of Angle Steel” in the 12th issue of 1980. In this paper, a simplified calculation formula for the length of strong connection lap joints such as angle steel bars is added to provide a reasonable reference for site unloading and design personnel.
