目的综合评价G蛋白激酶4(G protein-coupled receptor kinases4,GRK4)基因多态性R65L、A486V、A142V与高血压病的相关性。方法检索Medline1997-2006年关于GRK4基因多态性(R65L、A486V、A142V)与高血压病相关性的文献,应用RevMan4.2软件对其进行Meta分析。结果共有4篇符合条件的文献纳入分析,累积病例857例,累积对照913例。GRK4变异体R65L、A142V、A486V3个基因型频率的合并OR值及95%CI值分别为0.97(0.75~1.25,P=0.81)、0.81(0.30~2.08,P=0.65)和1.48(1.16~1.89,P=0.001)。结论GRK4基因A486V多态性可能与原发性高血压相关,变异体A486V患者高血压病的危险性可能有增高趋势。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between G protein-coupled receptor kinase 4 (GRK4) polymorphisms R65L, A486V and A142V and hypertension. Methods The literature about the association of GRK4 gene polymorphism (R65L, A486V, A142V) and hypertension with Medline from 1997 to 2006 was retrieved and analyzed by RevMan4.2 software. Results A total of 4 eligible documents were included in the analysis, 857 cumulative cases and 913 cumulative controls. The OR and 95% CI values of GRK4 variant R65L, A142V and A486V genotypes were 0.97 (0.75-1.25, P = 0.81), 0.81 (0.30-2.08, P = 0.65) and 1.48 (1.16-1.89 , P = 0.001). Conclusion The A486V polymorphism of GRK4 gene may be associated with essential hypertension, and the risk of hypertensive disorder may be increased in variant A486V patients.
