本文利用自己研制的巯基甲壳素对Pb~(2+)和Cd~(2+)具有良好的吸附效果这一特性,建立了巯基甲壳素分离富集-火焰原子吸收法测定天然水体中的Pb~(2+)和Cd~(2+)的新方法。并对吸附条件进行了研究。此方法对Pb~(2+)和Cd~(2+)的最低测定下限可达到 1.0μg/L和 0. 05μg/L.此时的回收率分别达到 95.6%和 96.8%。此方法灵敏度高,选择性好,用于实际水样的测定并取得满意的结果。
In this paper, we have established a method for the determination of Pb ~ (Ⅱ) in natural water by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) with its own mercapto-chitin adsorption characteristics of Pb 2+ and Cd 2+. 2+) and Cd ~ (2+).
