PCR技术在甘蔗病害检测中的应用

甘蔗病害是制约甘蔗产业稳定可持续发展的主要因素之一,而病害检测在甘蔗育种、健康种苗繁育以及植物检疫等方面起着重要的作用。文章综述了PCR技术在甘蔗真菌性病害、细菌性病害、病毒性病害以及植原体病害检测中的应用概况,并列出相应的检测引物,为相关科研人员检测甘蔗病害提供参考。 Sugarcane disease is one of the main factors restricting the stable and sustainable development of sugarcane industry, and disease detection plays an important role in sugarcane breeding, healthy seedling breeding and plant quarantine. In this paper, the application of PCR in the investigation of fungal diseases, bacterial diseases, viral diseases and phytoplasma diseases were reviewed. The corresponding primers were listed in order to provide reference for the researchers to detect the disease of sugarcane.
