患者女,51岁。B超发现“左肾占位”2周入院。体检:双肾区未触及包块,无叩击痛。血常规:白细胞计数8.49×10~9/L(4~10×10~9/L),尿常规:隐血(-),尿红细胞24.3/uL(0~25/uL),尿白细胞22.3/uL(0~25/uL),肿瘤标记物均在正常范围内。CT检查(图1~5):左肾中部见直径约4.0 cm肿块,肿块边界光整,密度较正常肾实质减低,肿块无钙化及囊变坏 Female patient, 51 years old.
