随着新课改不断地深入,差异化教学成为初中英语课堂教学未来发展的主要方向。教师尊重学生的个体差异性,满足不同学生的多种需求,培养学生多元化发展成为教师必须完成的教学目标。教师必须提升自身专业性、适应性及创新能力。结合差异教学的应用分析,阐释提升英语课堂教学质量的对策建议。
With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform, differentiated teaching has become the main direction for the future development of English teaching in junior high schools. Teachers respect the individual differences of students, meet the diverse needs of different students and cultivate students’ diversified development as teachers must complete the teaching objectives. Teachers must improve their professionalism, adaptability and ability to innovate. Combined with the application analysis of differential teaching, this paper explains the countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the quality of English classroom teaching.
