稠油污水处理系统满负荷运行实践及探索

针对新疆油田某稠油污水处理系统满负荷运行状态,对反应罐进行了调整和改造,简化溢流操作,实现自动排泥,保证水质处理质量.通过设置临时应急线,以解决水质超标引起的系统恢复时间长、软化水系统供水不连续问题;将软化再生水直接排出,可减少系统水质的影响因素;将混凝沉降罐排污线调整至事故应急池,确保在应急状态下能大量排泥;事故应急池中高含油回收水进原油系统再处理,可消除老化油的影响,降低污水处理难度.系统调整优化后,各节点水质满足设计指标,净水药剂用量和成本均大幅下降,现场管理难度降低,处理站可平稳运行.“,”To cope with the problems caused by heavy oil sewage treatment system under full load in a oilfield in Xinjiang, the reaction tanks were adjusted so that overflow operations were simplified to make sludge discharge automatic. Therefor, water treatment quality can be ensured. On the other hand, recovery time of water system caused by excessive was shortened as well as water supply system discontinuity by setting temporary emergency lines. The recycled water was discharged to reduce impact on water system. By adjusting sewage lines from coagulation sedimentation tanks to the emergency pool, large number of mud can be discharged for emergency. Recovered sewage with high oil got reprocessed in crude oil system from emergency pool in order to eliminate impact of aging oil and reduce treatment dif-ficulty of sewage.After the adjustment and optimization,water quality of each node met de-signing,usage and costs of purifying agents were significantly reduced.In addition,the pro-cessing station worked smooth and safe with easy field management.
