研究上海闵行地区糖尿病高危因素人群IGR相关因素。方法:采用随机抽样方法,调查闵行区具备高危因素糖尿病高危人群。具备糖尿病危险因素中2项及以上非糖尿病人群2024例其中男性780例、女性1244例糖代谢情况。结果:(1)NCR:714例(35.28%)、IGR767例(37.90%)、DM:543例(26.83%);(2)IGR与增龄、肥胖、血压增高、以及遗传因素及性别相关。结论:上述相关因素中年龄,遗传因素及性别为不可改变因素,BMI及血压为需要重点管理因素,尤其男性老年人群。
To study the related factors of IGR in population with high risk of diabetes mellitus in Shanghai Minhang area. Methods: A random sampling method was used to investigate the high risk population of diabetes with high risk factors in Minhang District. There are 2,024 cases with 2 diabetes risk factors and 2 024 cases without diabetes, including 780 males and 1244 females with glucose metabolism. Results: (1) NCR: 714 cases (35.28%), IGR767 cases (37.90%), DM: 543 cases (26.83%); (2) IGR with age, obesity, blood pressure, and genetic factors and gender related. Conclusion: Among the above mentioned factors, age, genetic factors and gender are not changeable factors. BMI and blood pressure are key management factors, especially in male elderly population.
