通过对矩型波导激光器腔模理论的分析,指出在某些情况下矩型波导结构明显优于圆型结构。同时,设计了2×2×140mm金属-陶瓷结构的RF激励波导CO2激光器,输出功率最大为3.39W,效率为6%。
By analyzing the cavity mode theory of rectangular waveguide laser, it is pointed out that the rectangular waveguide structure is obviously superior to the circular structure in some cases. At the same time, a 2 × 2 × 140mm RF excitation waveguide CO2 laser with a metal-ceramic structure was designed. The maximum output power is 3.39W and the efficiency is 6%.
