在处理乌拉尔铜锌矿石时,主要的困难是黄铁矿的抑制。众所周知,在加拿大各选矿厂,铜-锌-黄铁矿优先浮选之前广泛地采用矿浆充气法,用硫化钠与ZnSO_4作闪锌矿的抑制剂。在挪威各选矿厂则用连二亚硫酸钠。本文列出了东哈萨克斯坦某一矿床铜锌黄铁矿样用连二亚硫酸盐和充气法试验的结果。矿石含铜2.74%、锌3.32%、硫27.35%。主要成矿矿物有:黄铁矿(44.5%)、黄铜矿(7.9%)、闪锌矿(5.4%)、方铅矿(0.4%)。矿石中含有较少量铜的硫化物和氧化物,
The main difficulty in dealing with Ural copper-zinc ore is the inhibition of pyrite. As we all know, in Canada, the beneficiation plant, copper - zinc - pyrite preferential flotation widely used before the slurry aeration method, with sodium sulfide and ZnSO_4 as a sphalerite inhibitor. In Norway, concentrates use sodium dithionite. This article lists the results of a dithionite and aeration test of a copper-zinc pyrite deposit from a deposit in eastern Kazakhstan. 2.74% copper ore, zinc 3.32%, sulfur 27.35%.
