针对传统玉米移栽机分苗机构在分苗过程中出现的伤苗率高、效率低等问题,采用TRIZ理论对玉米移栽机分苗机构进行了创新设计。通过对分苗机构进行功能分析、冲突矩阵分析和物场分析等,设计以圆盘锯齿刃切割刀为主体的分苗机构,通过UG对其进行了仿真分析,验证了机构设计的合理性。该设计有效地降低了分苗破损率,为全自动玉米移栽机的研发提供参考。
Aiming at the problems of high seedling injury rate and low efficiency in seedling and seedling establishment of traditional corn transplanting machine in sub-seedling, TRIZ theory was used to design innovative design of seedling and seedling transplanting mechanism of corn. Through the function analysis, conflict matrix analysis and object field analysis of sub-seedling agencies, this paper designs a seedling-seedling organization with disc serrated blade as the main body, and simulates and analyzes the seedlings by UG, which verifies the rationality of the organization design. The design effectively reduces the seedling breakage rate and provides a reference for the research and development of fully automatic corn transplanter.
