本文提出了一种可用于广播电视信号数字传输的自适应 BTC 编码方法.该方法通过自适应的传输图象子块内各均值的差值并配合以相应的非线性量化实现码率的压缩.讨算机模拟和硬件实验结果表明:该方法算法简单、易于硬件实现、抗误码能力强,对黑白和彩色电视信号均有较好的压缩编码效果.
In this paper, an adaptive BTC coding method is proposed for digital transmission of broadcast and television signals. This method achieves the compression of the bit rate by adaptively transmitting the differences between the mean values in the sub-blocks of image and corresponding non-linear quantization. Computer simulation and hardware experiments show that this method is simple, easy to implement in hardware and strong in error resilience, and has good compression and coding effects on both black and white and color television signals.
