目的探究山楂黄酮对微波辐射大鼠睾丸细胞损伤的影响。方法 50只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为空白对照组、辐射模型组和低剂量40mg/(Kg·d)、中剂量60 mg/(Kg·d)、高剂量80 mg/(Kg·d)给药组。辐射模型组和给药组大鼠给予200 m W/cm2微博辐照6 min,辐射给药组按各剂量给予山楂黄酮,连续7 d。7 d后处死大鼠,检测大鼠睾丸组织中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷胺酰转移酶(γ-GT)、caspase-3酶活性。结果与对照组比较,模型组大鼠睾丸中ALP活性极显著下降(P<0.01),γ-GT和caspase-3活性极显著增高(P<0.01);与辐射模型组比较,各给药组睾丸组织损伤有一定恢复现象,ALP活性显著增高(P<0.05或P<0.01),γ-GT活性显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),caspase-3活性极显著下降(P<0.01)。结论山楂黄酮对微波辐射引起的睾丸组织损伤有一定的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of hawthorn flavonoids on testicular cell injury induced by microwave in rats. Methods Fifty Wistar male rats were randomly divided into blank control group, radiation group and low dose of 40 mg / (Kg · d), medium dose of 60 mg / (Kg · d) and high dose of 80 mg / (Kg · d) Medicine group. Radiation model group and administration group were given irradiation of 200 mW / cm2 microbubble for 6 min. Radiation administration group was given hawthorn flavone for every dose for 7 d. After 7 days, the rats were sacrificed and the activities of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), glutamase transferase (γ-GT) and caspase-3 in testis were detected. Results Compared with the control group, the ALP activity of testis in model group decreased significantly (P <0.01) and the activity of γ-GT and caspase-3 significantly increased (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, The damage of testis tissue was recovered, ALP activity was significantly increased (P <0.05 or P <0.01), γ-GT activity was significantly decreased (P <0.05 or P <0.01), caspase-3 activity was significantly decreased . Conclusion Hawthorn flavonoids have a certain therapeutic effect on the testicular tissue damage caused by microwave radiation.
