本文通过线路报资、运输能力、运输成本和铁路净收益分析,认为23t轴重货车经济效益最好,技术可行,是我国大型货车发展方向;25t轴重货车经济效益虽好,限于线路条件,宜在重型轨道线路上试用;25t轴重货车减吨成23t轴重货车使用的方案,其运输能力提高有限,而运输成本大量增加,运输经济效益差,不宜采用。建议尽速研制23t轴重货车,其技术方案可采用2E轴转向架,匹配车体成总重为92t的货车。
Based on the analysis of railway line capital, transportation capacity, transportation cost and railway net income, this paper thinks that the economic benefit of 23t axle truck is the best and the technology is feasible, which is the development direction of large trucks in our country. The economic benefit of 25t axle truck is good, Should try on the heavy rail line; 25t axle load truck tonne into a 23t axle truck used in the program, the transport capacity increase is limited, and a substantial increase in transport costs, transport economic benefits, should not be used. It is suggested that a 23t axle truck should be developed as soon as possible. The technical solution of this project is to use 2E axle bogies to match the truck body with a total weight of 92t.
