高层次人才对高校的发展至关重要,许多高校致力于引进海外高层次人才,所以海外人才引进后的管理就成了高校不得不考虑的问题。本文从海外高层次人才的特点出发,分析了这类人才回国后工作和生活中遇到的主要困难,从而提出了解决这些困难的具体对策,为高校提高海外人才的管理工作提供帮助。 High-level talents are crucial to the development of colleges and universities. Many colleges and universities are devoted to introducing high-level overseas talents. Therefore, the management after the introduction of overseas talents has become a problem that colleges and universities have to consider. Based on the characteristics of overseas high-level talents, this paper analyzes the major difficulties encountered by these talents in their work and life after returning home, and puts forward specific countermeasures to solve these difficulties, which can help colleges and universities to improve the management of overseas talents.
