目的探讨多种超声技术综合分析在下肢深静脉血栓中的诊断价值。方法应用彩色超声仪对34例下肢静脉血栓患者进行常规超声和彩色多普勒血流显像检测,观察血栓形成的部位、大小、栓塞程度。结果 34例患者中,男性多于女性,年龄40~60岁较多,单侧明显多于双侧,26例为单侧,8例为双侧,绝大部多数为深静脉血栓,患肢左右侧之比3∶1。结论利用多种超声技术综合分析在诊断下肢深静脉血栓具有很高的敏感性和特异性,并可通过动态观察其演变情况,判定临床治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multiple ultrasonography in deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Methods 34 cases of venous thrombosis of lower extremities were examined by color Doppler sonography and color Doppler flow imaging. The location, size and embolism of thrombus were observed. Results Among the 34 patients, there were more males than females, with a greater age of 40-60 years, more unilateral unilateral, 26 unilateral and 8 bilateral. Most of them were deep venous thrombosis, Left and right ratio of 3: 1. Conclusion The comprehensive analysis of multiple ultrasound techniques is of high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. The clinical therapeutic effect can be judged through the dynamic observation of its evolution.
